Canned Halim is one of the traditional dishes of the Middle East region, which is cooked with meat and wheat or bulgur or barley. There are different types of helium and their raw materials are different from each other. 

Description

Halim is a very nutritious food that contains 190 calories of energy, 6 grams of protein, 10 grams of fat, 20 grams of carbohydrates, 9 milligrams of calcium and 1 milligram of iron in 100 grams. However, to prepare wheat helium, peeled and pounded wheat, onions, cold meat of veal or sheep and some oil are used. The color of helium is changed by adding spices such as cinnamon and sugar. This food is usually consumed as breakfast or in the month of Muharram or in the month of Ramadan as iftar and suhoor and it is decorated with sour cream, cinnamon, sesame, sugar and minced chicken or turkey meat.
