Canned Aush Reshteh is one of the most famous Iranian soups. This soup is often eaten with curd and sometimes with vinegar and even pickles. Depending on family habits, this food is used as a starter or main food. Also, sometimes in parties in the winter season or on the 13th day of Ramadan or iftar ceremony of the Muslims in the month of Ramadan, Aush Reshteh is used as an appetizer.

Aush Reshteh is made from simple yet valuable raw materials, which makes this dish a delicious dish. Although many Iranians also use this complete and rich food as an appetizer. These raw materials and the properties of each of them are as follows: String, which as a nanograin contains large amounts of protein, vitamins, carbohydrates and minerals and plays a significant role in providing the energy needed by the body.
